When Will We See a Calendar for X-Trial 2027?
Last year X-Trial began in October but this year (ie 2027 series) we are not expecting it to begin until December at the earliest. Nevertheless it does feel like the organisers are dragging their heels a bit with no announcement yet made.
What we do know is that X-Trial Leeds will be taking place on 23 January 2027. Five of the eight riders have already been confirmed: Toni Bou (going for his 21st consecutive title!), Jaime Busto, Gabriel Marcelli, Harry Hemingway (can he break into the usual top 3?) and George Hemingway.

The system has been thoroughly beta-tested on the 2026 Trial GB and Trial GP series.
Toni Bou Makes History
Toni Bou (Repsol Honda) has once again made history with his 20th consecutive World Title in X-Trial. He said he was "very, very happy " and that his achievement was "something incredible " which can only be acknowledged by fans of the sport.
He's also well on his way to a 20th title in Trial GP too, and we can't wait to see whether he will continue his form into 2027.
